Through this structured learning experience, students will gain insights into the roles and responsibilities of cosmetologists/natural hair specialists, acquire essential knowledge on running a successful small business in the hair industry, and have the chance to establish valuable connections with potential mentors, facilitating a smooth transition from high school to their desired career path.
