Salon Changes Effective April 1, 2022
Note from Owner & Stylist, Jill Crudup
One of my core values for Wake Forest Natural Hair Salon is transparency. So, I want to inform you of a few changes that will be taking place at the salon starting April 1, 2022.
My [Jill Crudup - stylist] hours are changing. I will no longer be at the salon during the day; effective April 1, 2022, my hours will be Tuesday through Friday, 4 pm to 9 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to 12 pm. As I continue to serve you all to the best of my ability, please support WFNHS as we adjust to this transition.

It has been almost two years since WFNHS opened. A LOT has changed in the world, so as times change, we will have to change as well. Effective April 1, 2022 our prices will increase. We will try to keep the service price adjustment few and far between.
Based on experience, if you book with Jill, Deanna, and Lorraine;
All kid’s services will increase by $10 for children ages 2-5 and 6-10
If your child is older than 10, they will no longer be charged for a child’s service
Children’s box braids will increase by $50.
Starter Loc Maintenance will increase by $20 (does not include style)
All color services will increase by $20 (a consultation and a signed color consultation form is needed before services)

For all stylists, the following price changes apply:
No-show appointments will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if notification is not received within 24 hours.
If you have three or more no-shows, you will not be able to schedule online for your next appointment. Please call the salon to schedule, and a 50% deposit will be due at that time.
If you call to reschedule the no-show appointment, we will use the 50% towards your next visit when scheduling with the same stylists.
Style take downs are $75 per hour. Detangling is $25 per hour.

We understand this price increase may not be in your budget. I want to make sure you know WFNHS is an open chair salon. You are able to switch service providers without feeling awkward or guilty. All of our stylists are understanding and open to you trying out different stylists in the salon. Please know that our client’s progress in a healthy hair journey is our number one priority.
Thank you so much for your continued support!
Blessings,
Jill
